Orders placed Friday evening–Sunday will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Costs

Order Flow (How We Ship)

Place your order: Add items to cart, select variants, and complete checkout with accurate shipping details.

Processing: We verify your order and prepare it for dispatch (1–3 business days).

Dispatch & tracking: Once shipped, we email you a tracking number.

Delivery: Your parcel is delivered to the address you provided. If you’re not available, local courier policies (e.g., re-delivery or pickup) apply.
Fulfilment & Warehousing

We operate with global fulfilment partners. Most orders are dispatched from our central warehouse in Asia to offer fair pricing and reliable stock availability.
Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees in your country. These charges (if any) are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our product prices or free standard shipping.

Address Accuracy & Changes

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout.

Address changes are possible within 1 hour of purchase—email boutiquemods@gmail.com immediately. After processing begins, changes may not be possible.

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost, Delayed, or Missed Deliveries

If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the parcel, please check with household members, neighbours, and your local post/courier first. Then email us with your order number and tracking ID.

If your parcel is delayed, we’ll liaise with the carrier and keep you updated.

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or missed collection, re-shipping fees may apply.
Split Shipments

To deliver items as quickly as possible, your order may be shipped in multiple parcels. You’ll receive a tracking number for each parcel if applicable.
Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase by emailing boutiquemods@gmail.com.

After 1 hour, your order may already be processing or dispatched and cannot be cancelled. You may still return eligible items in line with our Return Policy.
